This Privacy Policy describes how Clever AI Labs LLC, doing business as Lookerhost (“we,” “us”), a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit lookerhost.com or use our services.

• Account information — name, email address, company name, billing address, phone number and payment details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
• Service data — configuration of your services, support tickets and communications with us.
• Usage and device data — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and server logs collected automatically for security and operations.
• Customer Content — data you host on our infrastructure. We process it only to provide the services and do not access it except as needed for support, security or legal compliance.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, secure and bill the services;
• To verify new accounts and prevent fraud and abuse;
• To provide customer support and service communications;
• To send product updates and marketing you can opt out of at any time;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers — payment processors, datacenter operators, fraud-prevention and analytics vendors, bound by contractual confidentiality;
• Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety or the integrity of our network;

4. International Transfers

We are headquartered in the United States and operate infrastructure in the United States, Colombia and Spain. Where you choose a region for your services, Customer Content is stored in that region. Account and billing information is processed in the United States. For transfers of personal data originating in the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and security, and optional analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. You can control optional cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Customer Content is deleted or de-identified within 30 days after service termination, except for backups, which expire on their normal schedule.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong credentials and enable two-factor authentication when available.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information.

• EEA/UK (GDPR): you may exercise these rights and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests and consent.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children

The services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the client portal at least 30 days before they take effect.
