Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by Clever AI Labs LLC d/b/a Lookerhost and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It exists to protect our customers, our network and the wider internet.

1. Illegal Use

You may not use the services to violate any applicable law or regulation, including US export controls and sanctions. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance; reported to NCMEC and law enforcement;
• Fraud, phishing, identity theft or deceptive commerce;
• Distribution of controlled substances or illegal goods;
• Infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

2. Network Abuse

• No unauthorized access, port scanning, vulnerability probing or interception of traffic that is not yours;
• No denial-of-service attacks or operation of botnets, malware, command-and-control infrastructure or open proxies/resolvers used for abuse;
• No IP or email spoofing, header forgery or routing manipulation.

3. Email and Messaging

• No unsolicited bulk email (spam). Commercial email must comply with CAN-SPAM and include working unsubscribe mechanisms;
• Mailing lists must be opt-in with verifiable consent;
• We may rate-limit outbound mail and block ports to protect deliverability for all customers.

4. Resource Use

Shared hosting plans are subject to fair-use resource limits published on the plan page. Sustained crypto-mining on shared or platform plans, and any workload that degrades service for other customers, may be throttled or moved to dedicated resources after notice.

5. Content Restrictions

You are responsible for content you and your end users host. We do not pre-screen content, but we may remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP or applicable law.

6. Enforcement

• We investigate reports sent to abuse@lookerhost.com and act proportionately: warning, throttling, suspension or termination;
• Where practicable we give notice and an opportunity to cure before suspension;
• We may suspend immediately and without notice where required by law or to address an active threat to the network or third parties;
• No SLA credits accrue during suspensions for AUP violations.

7. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@lookerhost.com with logs, timestamps (including time zone) and source/destination IPs. We acknowledge abuse reports within one business day.
